We also understand the realities of the expensive city we live in. We understand that enrolling your child at an independent school is a significant financial investment. We do not want financial status to prevent any qualified students from enrolling at SCCS. For that reason, we have a significant needs-based financial aid program to support families who demonstrate a need through our application process. Through this partnership, SCCS is able to close the gap between necessary financial sacrifices and accessibility to life-changing education.

At SCCS, we include all educational costs such as textbooks, art fees, field trips, technology, yearbooks and school supplies in your tuition. This transparent tuition model helps your family maintain a consistent budget and plan well for the educational investment for your child.
2024-25 Inclusive Tuition
Pre-K:
Full day (M-F from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM): $15,967
Half day (M-F 8:15 AM to 11:15 AM): $8,651
Kindergarten through 11th Grade
$17,639, which covers the cost of base tuition, field trip fees, art fees, yearbook fees, and school supplies.
Multi-student discounts: For families who enroll multiple children, we offer a multi-student discount of $250 for the 2nd student, $500 for the 3rd student, and $750 for the 4th student.
INCLUSIVE TUITION DEtails
This tuition model benefits both YOU and the school. We know that private education is a significant financial investment, and we understand the trial of trying to understand total cost when given tuition plus fees, plus uniforms, plus supplies, plus, plus, plus. This removes the burden of added fees and clearly sets the total cost of your child’s education. This means that variable costs (such as school supplies) become fixed to you. You are able to commit to one price and pay this amount over the course of a year (if you choose the monthly tuition plan).
A handful of items are better suited to remain excluded from the 'All-Inclusive' tuition model, given their personal nature. Families will still be responsible for:
purchasing “personal supply items” such as a backpack and water bottle. (Note: teachers may still offer optional “personal” items that a student may want to select themselves - for instance, a pencil box that reflects your child’s interests - but that will not be required, and the school would provide a standard option)
uniform items for daily and dress use (don’t forget to take advantage of our uniform exchange each year!)
optional all-school family events (Mariner’s Game, Skate Night)

extracurricular clubs
Note that the enrollment fee is not included as part of the educational cost within tuition. An enrollment fee of $200 per student ($500 maximum per family) will be charged to your FACTs account with enrollment secure the student’s spot.
Payments
Seattle Classical Christian School tuition and fees payment may be paid monthly over 12 months (from July to June) or in full in July. We partner with a FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program. Closing the Gap with Financial Aid
SCCS’s financial aid program exists to close the gap between necessary financial sacrifices and the accessibility to a life-changing education. Financial Aid is available for Kindergarten through 12th grade students (please note that Pre-K is not eligible for Financial Aid).
In an effort to determine financial aid eligibility in a consistent, fair manner, we work with FACTS to gather all the information needed. Final awards are determined based on eligibility and the budget available for financial aid for accepted students in Kindergarten and above. We would invite those in need of financial aid to apply as early as possible. Financial aid applications for the next school year open on October 1st.
You may start the Financial Aid process before you begin a student application. The financial aid application should be submitted with, or before, the student application. This allows the Financial Aid process to be complete when an enrollment invitation is extended, so that each family can make an informed, timely decision.
